To configure Ringover with your Jabra headset
When you access the web app, if a new device is detected, a pop-up will appear offering to connect it directly.
The headset is automatically detected. Select the desired device and confirm the connection.
Add manually
Go to the speaker and microphone selection menu — a button will appear to connect to Jabra if one of their devices is detected.
A small console will guide you in case of missing installation or errors, until the connection is successfully established (as well as a device selector if multiple Jabra devices are connected to your computer).
Ringover and your Jabra headset will be synchronized, allowing you to benefit from the following features:
Your Jabra device will allow you (depending on its capabilities) to:
- Answer, hang up, or reject calls
- Mute and unmute
- Put calls on hold and resume them
- Redial the last number
- Use keypad input (dialing and DTMF)
Ringover allows you to:
- Ring your Jabra device
- Transmit call states (duration, mute/unmute, on hold)
- Use interfaces and light indicators
