If a contact or a number you do not know or no longer want to receive calls from is bothering you 👤, it is possible to block it from your Ringover Dashboard by adding it to your blocked numbers list. This will also block it for your entire team.
Prerequisites:
- You must have a Ringover BUSINESS or ADVANCED account to benefit from this option.
Block a number from the Dashboard
- 💻 Go to your Dashboard > Settings > Blocked Numbers
- Select whether you want to block a number for incoming (IN) or outgoing (OUT) calls
- Enter the number you wish to block ❌
- Click “Add”
Block a number from the Webapp
You also have the option to block a number individually. To do this:
- Go to your Ringover account settings ⚙️
- Select the "Security and Devices" section
- Add the numbers you wish to block in the dedicated fields (outgoing number and/or incoming number):
- Click on “Block”
The number is now added to your blocked numbers list as well as that of your entire team! 👌

What is a call blacklist?
It is a list containing all the contacts from whom you do not wish to receive calls. You can add or remove contacts at any time using Ringover’s intuitive interface.
How to avoid annoying calls?
With Ringover's "Blocked Numbers / Blacklist" option, you can enter all the phone numbers from which you wish to avoid receiving calls. You can block and unblock as many contacts as you wish.
