The option "Forward to an external number" allows you to set up call forwarding from your Ringover application to an external mobile or landline number of your choice; this option is useful in case calls cannot be answered (for example, due to an Internet access outage) 🛜.
Prerequisites : You must have credits to be able to redirect calls to an external number 💰.

Go to the "Call Forwarding" section in the settings of your Ringover profile.

And finally, choose to whom your calls will be redirected or enter the phone number.
