- Ensure you are on an active call on your Ringover Webapp.
- Click on the Mobile option that appears on your dialer.
The call will switch directly to your mobile app, allowing you to walk away from your desk and continue the conversation on the go!
2. Switching from the Mobile App to the Webapp
If you prefer to continue a mobile call on your computer, you can transfer it back instantly.
- Ensure you are on an active call on your mobile app.
- Click on the Desktop option that appears on your dialer.
The call will switch directly to your Webapp, so you can easily access your desktop tools while continuing to talk.
