Internal call recording allows you to keep a record of your intra-Ringover communications, which are not recorded by default. In this guide, you’ll learn how to activate this feature so you can seamlessly capture your internal team calls.
Activate internal call recording
⚠️ Call recording only applies to new calls after activation and cannot be used for past calls. Also, internal Ringover calls are not recorded by default and must be explicitly enabled using the steps below.
Access your settings
Before turning on the feature, you must navigate to the correct section in your Ringover account.
- Go to your Settings.
- Select Other.
- Go to the "Settings" section.
- Click on the slider for "Recording of internal calls" so that it turns green.
