Missed calls are represented by a small bell to the left of your call logs. They open next to missed calls, allowing you to directly see which calls need to be processed.

Processing missed calls
- 💻 Go to your Dashboard> Logs> Call logs
- Once a call has been processed, simply indicate this by clicking on the bell 🔔
- Select the channel used for processing this call (call, text message, email). 💬 You also have the option to ignore the call
💡 You can also apply this setting to all calls missed from the same number to avoid having to process them the same way each time
- The calls will all be marked as processed ✅
Filtering missed calls
- 💻 Go to your Dashboard> Logs> Call logs
- Click on “Modify filters”
- Select “Missed calls” You can then decide if you want to view processed or unprocessed missed calls. 📑
- Click on “Search” to view the data of interest 🔎
💡 You can also filter these calls according to the type of response (call, text message, email, ignored)
