Update and personalize your account settings

If you are looking for a specific setting, you can search directly for the information you want to update using the search bar located on the settings page.

1. Modify your general account details

Update your identity, job details, and login credentials to keep your profile current. Go to your Settings page. In the "General" tab, locate the General account settings section.

1. Add or edit your First name
2. Update your Last name, 
3. Add your job title
4. Check your Email.
5. Enter a new password in the Password field if you need to reset it.

2. Configure your language and regional preferences

Set up your local regional settings to ensure correct call routing and proper timezone alignment.

1. Select your preferred Language from the dropdown menu.
2. Set your Country calling code.
3. Select your correct Time zone.
4. Enter your Emergency address details.

3. Adjust your application and dialer settings

Personalize your interface theme, dialer visual feedback, and messaging emojis.

1. Toggle Dark mode to activate or deactivate the dark interface theme.
2. Enable the Audio visualizer in dialer to display a moving volume bar as you speak (keep in mind that it may slow down older or lower-spec devices).
3. Select the type of Emoji set you want to use in your text messages.
4. Choose a Click2Call signature style. Let your contacts call you back free of charge from any compatible web browser with a single click.
5. Enable keyboard shortcuts and choose the specific actions you want to trigger with your keyboard.
