Keyboard shortcuts allow you to save time navigating through the Ringover Webapp interface. In this guide, you’ll learn how to activate, customize, and edit your keyboard shortcuts for maximum efficiency.

Configure and use Keyboard Shortcuts

1. Enable and configure your shortcuts

Access your personal settings to activate keyboard shortcuts and assign your preferred key combinations.

1. Go to your personal General settings.
2. Scroll down to the Keyboard shortcuts section.
3. Click to activate the feature.
4. Edit the list to add the keyboard shortcuts you want for the Dialer and/or Tabs.
5. Click on Save or reset if you need to start over.

 When using your active shortcuts, make sure the mouse cursor is not in the search field or in the phone number entry field of the smart Dialer! 

• KO : Your shortcuts will not work if the cursor is in the entry field
• OK : They only work if the cursor is outside the number entry area.
