sharing a contact with your team

Do you have the contact details of an important person and want to share it with your Ringover team members?

 

To know:

•  All your changes are saved automatically.

 

Sharing a new contact

 

• 💻 Go to your Ringover Webapp

 

• Go to the "Your Network" section represented by the "Contacts" icon on the left side of your screen

 

 

• Select "New Contact" at the top right of your screen

 

 

• A form will open where you can enter the contact information:

 

• • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Job Information
  • Phone number
  • Link...

 

• Choose the desired option in "Who has access to this contact?" 📤

 

 

• Select "Add Contacts" to save the contact

 

 

Your contact will then appear in your directory 📓 👌

 

 

Sharing an existing contact

 

If your contact is already created:

 

• 💻 Go to your Ringover Webapp

 

• Go to the "Your Network" section, represented by the "Contacts" icon on the left side of your screen

 

 

• Select the contact you want to share

 

• Click on the three dots

 

• Modify the "Who has access to this contact?" section 👌

 

 

Your shared contact directory is available to all your team members!
