In order to improve follow-up with your clients and train your teams, conversation recording can be a valuable asset! Here’s how to use it. 😉
Step 1: Activate recorded conversations for your IVR
💻 Go to Dashboard>Configuration>IVRs.
Select the IVR for which you wish to record conversations ⏺ and activate the “Conversation recording” option 💬 with the slider at the top right.

Step 2: Listen to your recordings
To listen to your recordings 🎧, go to Dashboard>Logs>Call logs.
On each line where the name of your IVR appears, click on the play button ▶️.
Now you’re ready to start recording conversations on your IVR! 👌
