Thanks to Ringover, you can monitor your team members’ inactive periods. This grants you a real-time view of your teams’ availability, straight from your Dashboard. This way, you can see which team members have spent the least time in calls over the past hour🕝, so you can then distribute incoming calls more evenly.
💻 Head to Dashboard>Activity
You can see the status of your agents and see who is available, offline or in Snooze mode.
Click on the "Inactivity" button 💤:
You’ll then access a new page, giving you a better insight regarding your least active team members:
In the left-hand column, you’ll see the team members who have made or taken at least one call that day. You’ll also be able to see how long it has been since their last call ended. The agent list is sorted in descending order of time since last call.
In the right-hand column, you’ll see the list of team members who haven’t made or taken a call yet that day.
This information will help you manage agent availability, and hence distribute calls more evenly between agents. ⌛
