Monitor and analyze video call analytics
1. Analyze overview metrics and platform distribution
Review your global statistics and see exactly how your video call volume is distributed across your active integrations.
- Edit your filters.
- Check the Total number of calls to view your overall video meeting volume. Review the platform distribution list to see call volumes split across Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Ringover Meet.
- Check the Total duration to see the cumulative meeting time overall and per specific application.
- Review the Average number of participants per video call to monitor average meeting sizes.
- Check the Average duration to see how long your team's video calls typically last.
Leaderboard
Compare video meeting engagement and time spent on calls across individual team members.
- Select your sorting metric by choosing either Total number or Total duration
- Hover your mouse over any specific user's bar to review their detailed history. It shows you exactly how many video calls they completed and how much total time they spent in those meetings.
2. Apply video call filters
Before analyzing your team's meeting statistics, use filters to target specific timelines, teams, or categories.
- Choose All video calls or select Personalize to filter by specific groups or users.
- Set the date range using a custom period or choose from the preset dates.
- Select specific call tags if you need to filter meetings by categories.
