Step 1: Understanding your Video Call statistics

To start, đ„ïž head over to your Dashboard, and go to the âVideo Call Statisticsâ section. You can then view all your Video Call statistics đ :
- Total number of Video Calls: Carried out over a given period, depending on the Video Call tool used.
- Total duration of Video Calls: Total time spent on different types of Video Calls over a given period.
- Average Participants: Number of participants averaged across all Video Calls.
- Average duration: Time spent on average across all Video Calls.

At the bottom of the page, youâll find a table to help you easily see the main users of Video Calls, as well as the number of Video Calls made individually.

Step 2: Filtering your Video Call statistics
You have the option of filtering your Video Call data, so that you can display the activity for one or more Video Call sources (Ringover, Teams, Zoom and Google).
