Sellsy integration allows you to seamlessly sync your phone communications and customer records between Ringover and Sellsy. In this guide, you’ll learn how to install Sellsy v2, enable native call tracking, and configure contact syncing to streamline your sales workflows.
Prerequisites
Before connecting the two systems, ensure your accounts meet the plan and administrative requirements.
- You must have an active Ringover Business account.
- The integration must be installed by a Ringover and a Sellsy super administrator account.
Integrate Sellsy CRM with Ringover
1. Activate Sellsy v2 in Ringover
Authorize the connection from your Ringover Dashboard to allow data transmission between your accounts.
- Go to your Ringover Dashboard.
- Navigate to the Integrations section.
- Find Sellsy v2 and click on Activate.
- Enter your Sellsy login credentials on the sign-in page.
- Click on Sign in.
- Grant the necessary permissions to authorize the integration.
2. Enable the Call Tracking module in Sellsy
Activate Sellsy's native call tracking module within your CRM platform to support call logging.
- Log in to your Sellsy account
- Click on the Menu and select Modules
- Search for Call tracking
- Click on Activate
4. Configure your logging and synchronization preferences
Customize your integration settings in Ringover to determine exactly how calls, SMS, and recordings are tracked.
- Call types: Select Manage call types to choose which types of calls sync to your CRM.
- Include recordings in call logs: Choose to attach call recordings by selecting All files, Recordings, Voicemails, or None.
- Restrict access to recordings: Enable this option to limit playback access strictly to users with active Ringover licenses.
- Phone numbers: Select the specific outbound lines you want to include in the integration.
- SMS numbers: Select the specific messaging numbers you want to include in the integration.
- Group SMS conversations by: Choose to group by Day (24 hr), the Full conversation or Do not group.
- Link users with an account: Link Ringover users to a Sellsy account.
- Assign missed IVR calls to: Designate a specific default Sellsy user to receive ownership of any missed switchboard calls.
- Log internal calls: Activate this option to automatically log calls made between internal Ringover agents.
- Include Empower summaries and transcripts: Toggle this to append automated AI summaries and full text transcript links directly to Copper activity comments.
Log Empower meeting summaries: Enable the option to log Empower summaries.
Include scenario name in call logs: Log the active IVR campaign or routing flow name to incoming call logs.
- Create tickets for people not linked to a company: Enable the option to create ticket to externals.
- Link the first open opportunity: Activate this option to automatically link the first open opportunity.
- Select contact manually: The activity will be logged on the CRM contact you select from the dialer.
- Logs display language: Select your preferred default language for automated log text.
- Log WhatsApp messages: Activate this option to automatically log Whatsapp messages.
- Create contact for calls: Define when new records should be created (options include Incoming, Outgoing, Missed, Completed, All calls, or No contact page).
- Create contact for SMS messages: Define when new records should be created (options include Incoming, Outgoing, All, or None).
- Create contact for WhatsApp messages: Enable the option to create a contact for WhatsApp.
- Type of object created: Choose whether incoming numbers should automatically generate a Person or a Lead.
- Object subtype created: Choose whether incoming numbers should automatically generate a Client, a Prospect or a Supplier.
- Sync contacts (v4): Toggle on to display real-time contact sync logs.
- Sync contacts on a call-by-call basis: If activated, your contact's details will be synced from your CRM and stored in your Ringover account only when you call them or they call you.
- Display contact's info during call and only store their info if call-by-call basis is activated.
- Tickets: First select the ticket pipeline where calls, SMS messages, and WhatsApp messages will be logged. Next, select if you want to create a ticket for certain call or message types and the status to assign to the ticket.
- Mapped fields: Select standard fields from Sellsy and assign custom label names to have them displayed in the Info section of your dialer.
