Notes:
- You’ll need a Ringover Power account 💳 in order to benefit from this integration.
- The integration should be installed by a Ringover administrator account 👨💼.
- The integration should be installed by a Modjo administrator account 👨💼.
Step 1: Creating an API key
💻 Go to https://dashboard.ringover.com/developer and click on “Generate an API key”.
Name the key "Modjo” and then grant it all reading access authorizations. Next, copy the API key and save it for Step 3.
Make sure that the conversation recording has been activated.
Step 2: Adding Modjo to your Ringover webhooks
💻 Go to https://dashboard.ringover.com/developer
Scroll down the page until you reach the Webhooks section. In the Aftercall line, add the URL: https://api.modjo.ai/providers/ringover/hooks/recordings/your-company-name and replace “your-company-name” with your Modjo user name.
If there is already a URL in this field, you can simply add the Modjo URL by using a “;” to separate the two URLs.
In the "Answered calls" line, add the URL: https://api.modjo.ai/providers/ringover/hooks/call_begin/your-company-name and replace “your-company-name” with your Modjo user name.

Step 3: Configuring your Ringover key and assign users in Modjo
Log into your Modjo account, then head to Settings > Integrations.
Scroll down until you reach “More integrations”, find Ringover and click “Install”.
A form will appear (scroll upwards if you can’t see it). In the “API key” field, copy and paste the API key that you created in Step 1.
Then, in the “User” tab, assign each of your Modjo users to its Ringover user. You can use the “Auto-match” to allow Modjo to assign users based on matching e-mails.
Click on “Save” 💾
There you go, Ringover is now integrated in Modjo! 🎉
