IBM COS S3 is an S3-compatible object storage service that handles large amounts of unstructured data with replication, access control, and lifecycle management.
Prerequisites:
- You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to benefit from this integration 💳
- The integration must be performed by an administrative or technical account in Ringover 👨💼
- The integration needs to be installed by a IBM COS S3 administrator account
Step 1: Activation
- 💻To link your IBM COS S3 account to your Ringover account, go to Dashboard > Store > Integration,
- Search for and click on "IBM COS S3".
Once enabled, click on "IBM COS S3" again and fill in the fields with your IBM COS S3 credentials:
- Region : Bucket placement
- Access : Username of user with write access to the bucket
- Secret : Password of user with write access to the bucket
- Force path style : deactivated
- Endpoint : Bucket access point name
- Bucket : Bucket name
Step 2: Configure your IBM COS S3 Integration
Customize the behavior of the integration based on your requirements through the settings. To do this, go back to Dashboard> Store> Integration and click on 'Configure' next to IBM COS S3.
