Bullhorn is a software platform for recruitment companies, offering tools for managing candidate databases, automating tasks, tracking recruitment processes, and communicating with clients and candidates.
The Ringover integration in Bullhorn allows you to:
- Call your candidates with one click by clicking on their phone number from Bullhorn
- Synchronize your candidates, contacts and leads with Ringover
- Have a log of all calls (as note or task)
- Have a log of all SMS and WhatsApp messages (as note)
- Access call recordings
- Get the call transcript link
- Get the AI-generated call summary in Bullhorn
- Synchronize your Ringover tags with Bullhorn actions to trigger automations
- Display your Bullhorn fields in Ringover's dialer

Prerequisites:
- You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to benefit from this integration 💳
- The integration must be performed by an administrative or technical account in Ringover 👨💼
- The integration needs to be installed by a Bullhorn administrator account
I. Activate your Ringover x Bullhorn integration
⚠️ Important – Updated process
The integration is no longer activated by Ringover Support on your behalf.
Instead, you will now perform the activation directly in your Ringover dashboard using credentials securely provided by Bullhorn Support. This ensures faster setup and reduces delays.
Step 1: Request the integration from Bullhorn support
Contact Bullhorn support and request the Ringover integration.
1. From within the Bullhorn Hub, click on "Cases"
2. On the right side of the screen, click Create New Case.
Enter the following subject and description, then submit your case.
Subject: Ringover integration
Please initiate the Ringover integration for <Customer name>.
Alternatively, you can use the live chat in the Bullhorn Hub to log your request.
It is available in the bottom-right corner (when agents are available).
Chat is active Monday to Friday, 3:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (hours may vary - check with Bullhorn for current availability).
Step 2: Receive credentials from Bullhorn Support
- Bullhorn Support will securely provide you with the API Username required for activation.

In their reply, they will also give you instructions on how to create a password for this API user.
Step 3: Activate the integration in Ringover
- 💻 Go toDashboard>Store>Integration
- Search for "Bullhorn" and click on it:

Enter the API Username and Password.

Click Activate.
II. Manage your integration
- Click on the "Bullhorn" integration again:
Customize the behavior of the integration based on your requirements through the settings:

For a quick start, make sure that you have mapped your users by clicking "+ Manage users" and activated the synchronization of your contacts.
The integration is now complete. From now on, you will find your call logs, SMS and WhatsApp messages, recordings and voicemails as activities in your Bullhorn contact records! 🎉
