- Know exactly who is calling you and quickly access their information thanks to our contact synchronization feature.
- Open records by clicking on the Extrabat icon during a call.
Now, let’s move on to integrating the tool 📳
Prerequisites:
- You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to benefit from this integration 💳
- The integration must be carried out by an administrator or technical account in Ringover 👨💼
- The integration must be done with an Extrabat administrator account
Activation (Webhook)
💻 Go to your Webhooks, then activate the “Contact Call” Webhook by switching the cursor to blue.
- Enter the following URL: https://api.extrabat.com/v1/webhook/contact-event/ringover
Now, you must provide this key (circled in red in the image below) to your contact at Extrabat so they can enter it into your account.
There you go, the integration is activated! 🎉
You can now find your Extrabat contacts in your Ringover interface and open records by clicking on the icon during a call.
