SMS campaigns allow you to manage and automate outbound calls for your company. These campaigns enable sales teams, customer service, or any department needing to make mass calls to organize and execute their communications efficiently.
Prerequisites:
- You must be an account administrator 👨 Ringover or a "SMS Campaign" supervisor to access this feature.
Step 1: Set up access to the "SMS Campaigns" feature

- You need to be an account administrator to grant access to the "SMS Campaigns" feature to one of your users
- 💻 Go to your Dashboard> Settings> Users
- Find the user you wish to grant access to
- Click on "Modify"
- In the "Dashboard Access" section, select "Supervisor" and check the box next to "Campaigns" ✅
Step 2: Access the "SMS Campaigns" feature
- 💻 Go to the "SMS Campaigns" section
- Click on "Request access" 🔐
A request will be sent to the support team who will grant or deny access to the "SMS Campaign" functionality promptly.

Step 3: Send an SMS campaign
- Once your request is approved, you will have access to the feature
- To send an SMS campaign, click on "Create a new campaign"
- Name your campaign
- Select your brand, which will appear as the sender of the message
- Choose the destination country

- Compose your message
💡 Important:

- An SMS can contain a maximum of 160 characters, including 14 characters dedicated to "STOP 36179".
- The cost of your campaign 💸 updates automatically based on the number of SMS sent. To learn more, read our article: SMS: Understanding and managing your usage.
- SMS campaigns do not allow customer responses.
- Enter the number of your recipients, separated by commas or on new lines (up to 1000 recipients per campaign)
- Select the 🗑️ "Delete" icon next to numbers to remove incorrect ones or those outside the destination country
- Click on "Create and launch" 📤 to send your SMS campaign
💡 Important:

- ⚠️ An exclamation mark next to a sent campaign means the sending was interrupted. Click on the specific campaign for details.
- In case of "Technical error" or "Insufficient credit", for the first case, please wait a few seconds or refresh the page. For the second case, add credit to send your campaign.
Details of your campaign will appear on the main page 💬: name, day, time, remaining recipients (those who have not yet received the message).
Step 4: Track campaign history
Click on a campaign to view details: creator's name, creation date, message, recipients...
Click on the three dots next to the campaign name to delete, duplicate, or restart the campaign.
