Ringover allows you to easily send and receive faxes over the Internet.
⚠️ To assign a fax number 📠 to one of your collaborators, you’ll need an available, unassigned landline number.
Step 1: Check number availability
- 💻 Go to your Dashboard> Settings> Numbers
- Click on “Available” to view a list of available numbers 📃. If there are no numbers available, you can add them by clicking on “Add a number”:
Step 2: Add an assign a fax number
- 💻 Go to your Dashboard> Settings> Numbers
- Select the user 👨💼 to whom you wish to assign a fax number, as well as the number to be used for faxes. Select “Convert to fax number” from the drop-down menu 📑:
⚠️ Your user must always possess at least one phone number.
💡 All faxes that your user receives will now be available in PDF format in their call logs as well as in their email 📧.
