Add Credit to Your Ringover Account
1. Buy credits
To make calls to international destinations like the UAE or Cameroon, you must first top up your account balance.
💡If you encounter issues purchasing credits, ensure you have a stable internet connection, verify your payment method is valid, and clear your browser cache before trying again. For assistance with credit purchases, contact Ringover support at +331 84 800 800 (Monday-Friday, 9h-18h).
- Go to your billing page.
- Select the credit plan that best suits your needs.
- Click on "Buy".
- Enter your credit card details in the corresponding fields.
- Click on "Proceed to payment".
