Reporting a problem during a call allows you to easily report any technical malfunction to us (dropped, choppy, or crackling calls). In this guide, you will learn how to rate the quality of your calls and report an incident in a few clicks.
1. Identifying the origin of quality issues
Even with an excellent network infrastructure and by following all our recommendations, you may occasionally experience quality issues on certain calls. It is often complex to pinpoint the exact source, as many technical factors come into play:
- Your Internet connection
- Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or ours
- Interconnection equipment between your infrastructure and ours
- The telephone carrier network of your recipient
- Our servers
2. Rating and reporting a problematic call
We have implemented a built-in feature to easily report your issues to us.
Follow these simple steps at the end of your call:
- End your call in progress.
- Wait for the After-Call screen to appear.
- Rate the call quality by assigning a rating out of 5 stars ⭐️.
This rating is valuable because it allows our teams to:
- Pinpoint problematic calls precisely.
- Cross-reference reported information on a large scale.
- Conduct in-depth investigations to resolve outages.
- Improve the overall quality of our network.
3. Activating the After-Call feature if necessary
To be able to report these calls, the After-Call option must be enabled on your account.
After-Call configuration
If the rating screen does not appear after your calls, it means that the feature is not configured yet.
🎉 You now know how to report a call quality issue to help us optimise your communications!
