How to report a problematic call?
We’ve implemented a feature to make it easy for you to report calls that encountered issues. 💬
After each call, during the After-Call phase, you can rate the quality of your call on a scale of 1 to 5 ⭐️.
This feedback helps us to:
- Identify problematic calls,
- Cross-check reported issues,
- Conduct thorough investigations,
- And most importantly, improve call quality to provide you with the best experience possible. 🔥
