Salesforce integration allows for the uploading of customer records. However, you may notice that the calls of certain users on your Ringover team are not being logged in your Salesforce client files. 👤
This occurs when the user accounts in question do not have Salesforce permissions. ✅
For enabling API:
- Go to Setup | Profile | Select Profile | Edit
Under Administrative permissions, Enable API (Checked) as shown in the following figure.
To check the Edition of your org , Go to Setup | Company Information
