General tips to improve Ringover call notifications
For any Android device, you can try these additional steps to ensure you receive calls properly:
- Verify that Ringover has Phone and Notifications permissions
- Set notification importance to High in your device's notification settings
- Disable battery optimization for the Ringover app
- Check that notification sound settings are properly configured
- Ensure the app has permission to run in the background
If you're still experiencing issues after applying these settings, try logging out of the app, clearing app data, uninstalling the app, restarting your phone, and then reinstalling Ringover.
