What is an Add-on?
An Add-on is an extension designed for Ringover that expands its capabilities beyond the basic functions, allowing for a wider variety of features and options.
We'll now show you the various Add-ons that Ringover offers:
Additionnal channel out
This Add-on allows you to transfer multiple calls simultaneously (otherwise, you can only transfer two calls at a time).
Prerequisites:
- This Add-on can only be activated by account administrators and/or super administrators.
To activate this Add-on:
- Go to the "Marketplace" section of the Ringover's Dashboard:
- Navigate to the "Add-ons" section and search for Additionnal channel out. Click on the "Learn More" button.
- Select the group or user who will use the Add-on.
- Click on the "Activate" button to confirm or cancel the action.
Note:
This Add-on is billed per user who benefits from it. By accepting the purchase, the price of the additional channel will be added to your bill.
Call campaign extension
Currently, Ringover allows you to add a list of 1,000 customer or prospect numbers when launching a call campaign. With the Call campaign extension Add-on, the maximum number of contacts to call is doubled (1,000 additional contacts).
Prerequisites:
- This Add-on can only be activated by account administrators and/or super administrators. You need to have an Advanced account to access call campaigns.
To activate this Add-on:
- Go to the "Marketplace" section of the Ringover's Dashboard:
- Navigate to the "Add-ons" section and search for Call campaign extension. Click on the "Learn More" button.
- Click on the "Activate" button to confirm or cancel the action.
Note:
The Call campaign extension is billed per launched campaign. By accepting the purchase, the price of the add-on will be added to your invoice.
Omnichannel communication
This Add-on allows you to connect different communication channels to Ringover, saving time as everything will be centralized on one platform.
Keep in mind:
- This Add-on allows connecting Ringover with: Instagram, Messenger, Google Reviews, WhatsApp, Gmail, and Outlook.
Prerequisites:
- This Add-on can only be activated by account administrators and/or super administrators.
To activate this Add-on:
- Go to the "Marketplace" section of the Ringover's Dashboard:
- Navigate to the "Add-ons" section and search for Omnichannel communication. Click on the "Learn More" button.
- Click on the "Activate" button to confirm or cancel the action.

Note:
The Omnichannel Communication Add-on is billed per license that benefits from it. By accepting the purchase, the price of the add-on will be added to your invoice.
Local number bundles (United States only)
With this Add-on, you will receive 100 numbers from the 100 largest cities in the United States. This will allow you to make calls from area codes recognized by your prospects and customers, thereby increasing the response rate to your calls.
Prerequisites:
This Add-on can only be activated by account administrators and/or super-administrators.
Notes:
This Add-on is particularly effective when combined with our 'Nearest numbers' feature, which is available in our Advanced accounts.
To activate this Add-on:
- Go to the "Marketplace" section of the Ringover Dashboard.
- Navigate to the "Add-ons" section and search for the "Local Number Bundle." Click on the "Learn more" button.
- Click on the "Buy now" button.
- A pop-up window will appear, and you will need to confirm your purchase by clicking "Buy now."
- Your number bundle will be displayed in the number section of your Dashboard.

You can assign it to a user or an IVR by clicking on the three dots to the right of the bundle.
Voicemail transcription
By activating this Add-on, you can see the content of received voicemail messages in writing on your control panel. The transcription is available in Spanish, English, and French.
Prerequisites:
- This Add-on can only be activated by account administrators and/or super administrators.
To activate this Add-on:
- Go to the "Marketplace" section of the Ringover's Dashboard:
- Navigate to the "Add-ons" section and search for Voicemail transcription. Click on the "Learn More" button.
- Click on the "Activate" button to confirm or cancel the action.
Note:
The Voicemail transcription Add-on applies to all Ringover account licenses. By accepting the purchase, the price of the add-on will be added to your invoice.
