The Technical Assessment allows you to provide essential information that helps us improve the quality of our services. In this guide, you’ll learn how to access the technical form and successfully add points of contact to your account.

1. Access the Technical Assessment
To begin improving your service quality, you must first navigate to the assessment page where you can enter your information.
- Head to your Dashboard.
- Click on your profile in the upper-left corner of your screen.
- Select the “Technical assessment”.
Here are some of the form questions :
- Have you implemented any security solutions (firewall, etc.)?
- Type of internet broadband used on your sites and the related speeds
- How do devices connect to the internet on-site?
- Will you be using Ringover remotely ?
- How do you intend to use Ringover?
2. Add points of contact
You can designate points of contact directly in the technical form, or you can manage them separately through your billing settings.
Using the Billing section
If you choose not to add contacts directly in the technical form, you can do so through your account details.
- Go into the Billing section.
- Go to account details.
- Click on “Add a Contact” in the point of contact page.
