Prerequisites

An active Ringover Business account.
Administrative or technical account permissions in Ringover.
An administrator account in Integrately.

Set up and configure Integrately integration

1. Connect Ringover and Integrately

Select Ringover and your target application inside Integrately to build your automation workflow.

Go to your Ringover Dashboard > Store.
Locate Integrately and click Open external Link

Log in to your Integrately account when redirected.
Search for Ringover in the compatible applications list.
Choose your target application to send data to or receive data from Ringover.
Define your automation workflow and click Go.

2. Configure webhooks in Ringover

Copy the generated webhook from Integrately and paste it into your Ringover settings.

Copy the Webhook URL generated by Integrately.
Return to your Ringover Dashboard > Developer > Webhooks.
Paste the Webhook URL into the corresponding event section.
Trigger a test event in Ringover (such as a test SMS or missed call).
Check your target application in Integrately to verify that the workflow executed as expected.
