When integrating Easiware with Ringover, operational efficiency is optimized by providing teams instant access to key customer information during phone interactions. This integration enhances productivity and responsiveness, offering comprehensive and efficient management of business interactions.
Integrating Ringover with Easiware provides you with the opportunity to:
- Maintain a record of calls (notes, tags, recordings recorded as requests).
- Maintain a record of SMS (recorded as requests).
- Synchronize contacts.
- Click2call.

Prerequisites:
- You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to benefit from this integration 💳
- The integration must be performed by an administrative or technical account in Ringover 👨💼
- The integration needs to be installed by a Easiware administrator account
Step 1: Activation
- 💻 Go to Dashboard>Store>Integration,
- Search for "Easiware" and click on "Activate",

Once you've clicked, a pop-up window will appear and ask you to fill in all the fields with the necessary information from your Easiware environment.

Note: The token is generated from your Easiware account, the rest of the information (URL, site ID, API username, and API password) are details you need to request directly from Easiware.

- After entering all the information, click the "Activate" button in the pop-up window.
Generating the token in Easiware

In your Easiware account, go to the "Administration" section at the bottom of the menu.

Then, click "Configuration" and "API Key."

Once done, click the "Add a new clé" button to configure the token you will use in Ringover.

Give your token a name and add comments if desired. Then, copy the token and click Save.

Paste the token into the Ringover pop-up window to activate the integration successfully.
Step 2: Configure your Easiware Integration
Customize the behavior of the integration based on your requirements through the settings. To do this, go back to Dashboard> Store> Integration and click on 'Configure' next to Easiware:
