Now let's move on to the tool integration 📳

- The integration needs to be installed by a Axelor administrator account
Setting up Click-to-Call
Configuration of access to the Ringover API
From the Dashboard>API Ringover, generate the API key for each team member's line. For each line, to enable click-to-call, you must ensure access to the following right:
Additionally, if you wish to access call recordings from OGGO Data, you must grant the following rights:
OGGO Data Configuration
In OGGO Data, from "Configuration", click on "Other services", then select the "Telephony" module.
Choose Ringover as the partner from the drop-down menu. Then, enter the line number and API key for each user.
TEST
In OGGO Data, from the configuration of the "Telephony" module, you can test an outgoing call:
- Open your Ringover app
- In the form above, enter the caller's number and the callee's number in international format (e.g., 33484890468, without the +), along with the Ringover API key for your line.
- Click "Call".
- Your Ringover line will ring; pick up to initiate the outgoing call.
Configuring the outgoing number
By default, in Ringover, the outgoing number is that of the line. From the Ringover interface, you have the option to change the outgoing number:
Recording outgoing calls
Note: The call recording service is only available in the Ringover Business license or higher.
The call can be recorded manually by the user from their dialer:
Ringover lines can also be configured to record every call by default:
Lastly, you can also set a recording announcement by writing or recording the announcement text and optionally choosing background music:
Traceability of outgoing calls and listening to recordings from OGGO Data
Note: Call recordings are made and stored by Ringover. By default, Ringover is configured to retain recordings for 6 months, but you can configure Ringover to keep them for 12 months.
Via the Ringover API, OGGO Data retrieves the link to the outgoing call recordings, allowing you to listen to the recording from the History tab of the Project/Contact file, provided the call was initiated from OGGO Data (click-to-call service).
Note: The retrieval of the recording link is not instantaneous. It takes place within one hour.
You will find all the details and access to call recordings from the Project/Contact file:
When the recording expires after the 6 or 12-month period (configured on Ringover), a message is automatically updated in the OGGO Data history:
Administrators and Substitutes have the right to delete the recording link from the Project/Contact file:
OGGO Data then retains the traceability of the deletion action:
This does not delete the recording from Ringover's servers but simply removes the recording link in OGGO Data.
If a user deletes a recording in Ringover, the link in OGGO Data will no longer work; the recording link must then be manually deleted in OGGO Data.
In the case of anonymization of a file, outgoing call events are deleted; call recording links will then no longer be available.
