Prerequisites:
You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to use this integration 💳
The integration must be set up by an admin or technical account in Ringover 👨💼
The integration must be installed by an Avionté administrator account
Step 1: Activation
1. Contact Avionté support
Reach out to Avionté via your usual support channel and let them know you are a new Ringover customer and would like to set up the Ringover integration.
Avionté will coordinate directly with Ringover's support team to initiate setup.
2. Ringover activates the integration
Once Avionté sends your tenant details to Ringover support, Ringover will log into your dashboard and complete the integration setup on your behalf, following the step below.
No action required from you at this stage.
💻 Go to Dashboard>Store>Integrations
Search for “Avionté” and click Activate
Enter the Avionté Tenant ID, then click Activate
Once activated, click Configure

Enter the Front Office Tenant ID (which is different from the Tenant ID):
Note: default activity types will be set for Talents and Contacts.
These will be assigned by default to the notes created by Ringover. They can be edited later by the admin.
To use your own custom call activities, see the “Recommended workflow for custom call activities” section below.
3. Contact sync begins
Once setup is complete, your Avionté contacts and talents will start syncing
into Ringover.
Step 2: Configure your Avionté integration
You can customize the behavior of the integration based on your requirements through the settings.
To do this:
Go back to Dashboard>Store>Integrations and click Configure next to Avionté
Quick start:
1. Open “+ Manage users” to make sure your Ringover users are mapped to Avionté users.
You can later invite more users to join Ringover and map them from this menu:
2. Check contact synchronization (contacts and talents) to ensure that all profiles are up to date and available in your Ringover interface.
In case you need to relaunch your contact sync, please always wait 24 hours for the initial contact/talent synchronization to finalize.
3. Verify that the users who will use the integration have call recording enabled in the Dashboard user settings if you want them to have access to the call recording link, transcript link, and summary in their activities.
4. Install the Ringover click-to-call extension in your browser.
Once the extension is installed, phone numbers in Avionté will be highlighted and you can start calling.
Step 3: Obtain summaries and transcript links in Avionté
Note: The way summaries and transcript links are created varies depending on your license.
1. With an Empower license, call information and after-call content (summary/transcript link/next steps) are consolidated into a single activity note in Avionté.
2. Without Empower (Ringover license only), Avionté will display two activity notes for the same call: one for the call information and a second one when the summary/transcript is received.
Recommended workflow for custom call activities
If your team uses custom call activities in Avionté Bold, the recommended workflow is to log these custom activities directly in Avionté during the call.
To use your own custom call activities, follow this workflow as explained in the video below:
During the call, click the Avionté logo in the Ringover dialer to open the related Avionté Bold record
Add your note directly in Avionté and select your custom call activity there
Let Ringover create its own separate activity note using the default activity type configured by your admin

FAQ
Q1. Why don’t my notes or tags update in Avionté after the call ends?
Because Avionté is an HR system, it does not allow API-based note edits. Once an activity has been created in Avionté, Ringover cannot edit it afterward.
Q2. Can I use a different custom activity type for each call?
Yes. To do this, log the activity directly in Avionté Bold during the call. Ringover will still create its own activity note using the default activity type configured in the integration settings.
Q3. Why aren’t Ringover tags mapped to Avionté activity types?
Ringover tags mapping to Avionté activity types are different features. Tags are used for filtering in Ringover, while activity types are defined in Avionté and vary by firm. There is no automatic mapping between the two.
Q4. Why do I see two activity notes for one call?
Without an Empower license, Avionté will display one activity note for the call information and a second activity note when the summary or transcript becomes available.
Q5. How are SMS messages logged in Avionté?
SMS messages are grouped and logged as a single activity at the end of the day, based on your team’s configured time zone. They are not logged one message at a time.
Q6. Can Ringover update an SMS activity after it has been created?
No. For the same reason as call notes, once the activity exists in Avionté, it cannot be edited through the API.
