Prerequisites:
- You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to benefit from this integration 💳
- The integration must be performed by an administrative or technical account in Ringover 👨💼
- The integration needs to be installed by a Avionté administrator account
Step 1: Activation
- 💻 Go to Dashboard>Store>Integration
- Search for "Avionté" and click on "Activate"
- Enter your Avionté tenant name, then click Activate
- Once activated, click on Configure
- Make sure you set up the Front Office Tenant ID (which is different from the tenant ID) and the activity types
Wait 24 hours for the contact/talent synchronization
After that, the integration will be ready to use! Your Ringover calls will be logged automatically as activities in the contacts/talents timeline
Step 2: Configure your Avionte Integration
Customize the behavior of the integration based on your requirements through the settings. To do this:
- Go back to Dashboard>Store>Integration and click on 'Configure' next to Avionte
Step 3 (optional): Include Empower summaries and transcripts
If you have purchased an Empower licence, ensure that this setting is enabled to receive your summaries and transcripts in Avionte's activities:
