Now, let's proceed with the tool integration 📳
Prerequisites:
You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to benefit from this integration 💳
The integration must be performed by an administrative or technical account in Ringover 👨💼
The integration needs to be installed by a Avionté administrator account
Step 1: Activation
💻 Go to Dashboard>Store>Integration
Search for "Avionté" and click on "Activate"
Enter your Avionté tenant name, then click Activate
Once activated, click on Configure
Make sure you set up the Front Office Tenant ID (which is different from the tenant ID) and the activity types
Wait 24 hours for the contact/talent synchronization
After that, the integration will be ready to use! Your Ringover calls will be logged automatically as activities in the contacts/talents timeline
Step 2: Configure your Avionte Integration
Customize the behavior of the integration based on your requirements through the settings. To do this:
Go back to Dashboard>Store>Integration and click on 'Configure' next to Avionte
Step 3: Include summaries and transcripts
Note: The way call activities are created varies depending on your licence.
With an Empower licence, call information and after-call content (summary/transcript/next steps) are typically consolidated into a single activity note in Avionté.
Without Empower (Ringover licence only), Avionté may display two activities for the same call: one for the call information and a second one when the summary/transcript is received.
