Integrating LOXO with Ringover provides you with the opportunity to:
- Record the calls as activities (with recordings, notes, labels, and transcriptions)
- Record the WhatsApp conversations as activities
- Record the text messages (SMS) as activities
- Synchronize people and companies
- Add custom CRM fields in the dialer
- Using Ringover tags to update activities (defined in Loxo workflows triggers).

Prerequisites:
- You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to take advantage of this integration.
- The integration must be performed by an administrator or technician account at Ringover.
- You must have a LOXO account to perform the integration.
Important to know about international numbers:

Loxo does not automatically reformat international numbers without a prefix:
Ensure that international phone numbers in Loxo comply with the E.164 format before syncing. The E.164 format includes the international dialing code, country code, and number (example:+33675023577for a French number). -
For local numbers, prefixes are not required. During synchronization, Ringover automatically applies the country prefix based on your team's settings.
Integration with LOXO
- Go to your Ringover Dashboard>Store>Integrations and click on "Activate" in front of "LOXO."
- A popup will appear; here you will need to:

- Add the Agency Slug (If you don't know it, reach out to support@loxo.co)
- Paste the API key
- Add the Agency ID (The Agency ID is found in the URL of your LOXO account)
Generate an API key in LOXO
- Go to your LOXO account, click on your avatar, and then click on "Settings."
- Look for the "API keys" category and click on it.
- Click 'Add' to create a new API key. Then, copy the key and paste it into the corresponding field in the Ringover popup to activate the integration.
- Now, click on activate.
- Once the integration is activated, click on "Configure" in front of LOXO.
Configure the integration
- Link Ringover account users with their LOXO accounts.
Important: Ensure your Ringover and Loxo email addresses match exactly. If they don't match, contact support to update your email address.
- Select the actions that will create an activity in LOXO.
💡 To take into account:

- By default, Ringover will define the activity types for incoming and outgoing calls, making use of the specific fields in the LOXO interface. This same principle applies to incoming and outgoing SMS messages.
- In WhatsApp, there are no activity types, so it is necessary to create it manually in LOXO. To find out how to create it, click here.
- Enable automatic contact synchronization to integrate your contact information into the Ringover dialer.
- Perform field mapping to ensure that important information is transferred correctly from LOXO to the Ringover dialer.

- Look for the category "Workflow setup" and click on it.

Troubleshooting Missing Contacts
If a contact does not sync as expected:
- Verify if that the phone number associated with the contact is an international number without a country prefix.
- If it is, reformat the number to comply with the E.164 format before retrying the sync (please refer to the 'Important to know' section above).

If your Ringover extension isn't working correctly with Loxo, check the following:
