Prerequisites
- You must have a Ringover Advanced account to take advantage of this functionality
Note:
- You can add only one call script per IVR or campaign
- Scripts can be added to switchboards and call campaigns
For an IVR
- Go to the "IVR's" section on your Ringover Dashboard
- Select the IVR to which you want to apply the call script
- In the general information, click on the "Add call script" button to create the script 📃
- Draft and structure the content of the script (click on the line under the options).
- Save the script 💾
For a call campaign
- Go to the "Call campaigns" section on your Ringover Dashboard
- Select the call campaign to which you want to apply the script.
- Click the "pen" button to access the campaign 📃.
- Draft and structure the content of the script.
- Save the script 💾.
