Postcall is a platform designed to collect feedback and evaluate customer satisfaction after an interaction, such as a phone call. This allows you to obtain immediate feedback on the quality of the service provided, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions efficiently.
Integrating Postcall with Ringover gives you the opportunity to:
- Automatically send surveys via SMS and email after each call.
Now, let's move on to the tool integration 📳
Prerequisites:
- You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to take advantage of this integration 💳
- The integration must be performed by an administrator or technical account on Ringover 👨💼
- You must have a Postcall account to perform the integration
Step 1: Integration with Postcall
- Go to your Postcall account and select "Start connecting Ringover"
- Create and paste an API key that will be generated in Ringover
Step 2: Generate an API key in Ringover for Postcall
- Go to your Ringover Dashboard > Developer > API
- Click on "Generate an API key" and fill in the fields
- Enable all rights for the API key
- Copy the API Key generated by Ringover and paste it into Postcall
- Once the API key is verified, you will see a window similar to this:
Step 3: Configure the integration
- Click on "View your surveys"
- Click on "Create another survey"
- Name your survey, fill in the fields, and create your survey by clicking on "Create survey".
- Structure your survey by adding questions and the accepted response type
- Configure the triggers for your survey

- In the "using" section, you can select from all the numbers associated with your Ringover account.
- In the "and the call was started/answered by" section, you can select from all the users associated with your Ringover account.
- In the "and the call is tagged with" section, you can select from all the tags created in your Ringover account.
- Select how the survey will be sent

- The numbers used to send SMS are provided by Postcall and not by Ringover
- Customize your survey by adding a logo, website, and text as needed
- Select "SMS Settings" located in the top left corner of the screen
- Customize the SMS that will be sent as needed

- You must include the following placeholders in the text to confirm the SMS: {survey_url} and {unsubscribe}
- Click on "preview & save" to view the message and save it
- Enable the survey by clicking on the "Enable survey" button located in the center top of the screen
