One-click calling your clients by clicking on their phone number from HubSpot
If you are in HubSpot and have installed the Ringover extension on Chrome or Firefox, to call a contact, go to the page of the desired contact. Two options are available:
- Click on the "Make a phone call" icon and then click on the displayed phone number. You will be directly redirected to the Ringover Webapp to make your call.
- Additionally, you can also click on the Ringover icon next to the phone number. This will redirect you to the Ringover web application to make the call.
If you haven't activated the Ringover extension on your browser, when you click on the contact's phone number during the first option, the integrated Ringover Dialer will appear to make your call.
Have a history of all calls and SMS (including WhatsApp) in your customer profiles
On your activities page in HubSpot, with the selected contact, you will find the call and SMS history in the same thread as your other activities.
Listen to recorded conversations and to voicemails left by your clients directly from HubSpot
(this option needs to be activated beforehand in your Ringover account)
In your HubSpot activity feed, you can see, in the call details, a dedicated section for call playback. You can open it in a new browsing window using the icon located to the right of the trash bin, as shown in the red box below.
Sync your call tags/notes/comments
When you add annotations, tags, or comments to your call in your Dialer, this information is taken into account in your activity space in HubSpot and is visible in the red box below.
Accessing Empower Transcription Summaries
If you have subscribed to the Empower solution and linked it to your HubSpot account, you will find the transcription link below your notes and tags. By clicking on this link, you will be redirected to Empower.
