Akken Cloud is a personnel management platform designed for recruitment agencies and businesses. It centralizes candidate data, interactions, and recruitment processes, thus facilitating talent and human resource management. The platform offers tools for tracking applications, managing clients, ensuring compliance, and generating reports, thereby improving the efficiency of recruitment operations.
Integrating Akken Cloud with Ringover gives you the opportunity to:
- Create contacts/candidates
- Synchronize contacts/candidates
- Add additional CRM fields in the dialer
- Use the Click2call extension for Chrome
- Record text messages (SMS) as activities
- Record WhatsApp conversations as activities
- Record calls as activities (with recordings, notes, tags, and transcriptions)
Now, let's move on to the tool integration 📳
Prerequisites:
- You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to benefit from this integration 💳
- The integration must be performed by an administrative or technical account in Ringover 👨💼
- The integration needs to be installed by a Akken Cloud administrator account
Step 1: Activation
- 🖥️ Go to your Dashboard> Store> Integrations and click "Activate" in front of "Akken Cloud"
- A pop-up window will appear, where you'll need to:

- Add the API key (To be requested from AkkenCloud support)
- Add your username
- Add your password
- Once the integration is activated, click "Configure" in front of Akken Cloud
Step 2: Configure your Akken Cloud Integration
Customize the behavior of the integration based on your requirements through the settings. To do this:
- Go back to Dashboard> Store> Integration and click on 'Configure' next to Akken Cloud:

💡 To take into account:

- If the email addresses of the users match between Ringover and Akken Cloud, automatic user linking is performed. You will see user accounts in the "Automatic" tab

- If the email addresses of the users do not match between Ringover and Akken Cloud, you will need to manually link the users. You can link users from the "Manual" tab
💡 For more information about this setting, click here
- Enable the "Log WhatsApp messages" setting so that WhatsApp messages are saved as activity
- Select the type of note that will be created for WhatsApp activities
💡 In WhatsApp, there is no activity type, so it is necessary to manually create it in Akken Cloud. To learn how to do this, click here
- Select "Call" for the "Note type for calls" setting
- Select "SMS" for the "Note type for SMS" setting
- Enable automatic contact synchronization to integrate your contacts' information into the Ringover dialer
Step 3: How the integration works
- 🖥️ Go to your Akken Cloud account > CRM > Contacts
- Select one of your candidates and click on their number
- You will be redirected to the Ringover application. Click the "call" button on the Ringover dialer to launch the call
- Once the call is finished, the tags and notes you have taken during or after the call will appear in the "Notes" section of the candidate's profile
There you go, the integration is complete! 🎉
Create an activity type: WhatsApp
- 🖥️ Go to your Akken Cloud account > CRM > Contacts
- Select one of your candidates and click to access the candidate's profile
- In the "Notes" section, click on "Edit list"
- Click on "New notes"
- Name the note and save it by clicking "Save"
