The Ringover integration lets you call from Zoho Recruit, log communications and synchronise recruitment records with Ringover. This guide shows you how to connect your accounts and configure the integration.

The Ringover integration with Zoho Recruit allows you to:

• Call in one click from a phone number in Zoho Recruit using the Ringover Chrome or Firefox extension.
• Log calls as call activities with recordings, notes, tags and transcriptions, according to your settings.
• Log SMS messages as notes.
• Log WhatsApp conversations as notes.
• Synchronise candidates with Ringover.
• Display Zoho Recruit fields in the Ringover dialer.

How to integrate Ringover with Zoho Recruit

1. Activate the integration

Connect your Zoho Recruit account from the Ringover Dashboard.

1. Go to the Integrations page in your Ringover Dashboard.
2. Find and click Zoho Recruit.

3. Enter your Zoho login credentials.

4. Grant Ringover permission to access your Zoho data.

2. Configure the integration

Choose how communications and recruitment records are synchronised.

1. Return to the Integrations page in your Ringover Dashboard.
2. Click Zoho Recruit.

1. Call types: Choose which call types are logged using Manage call types.
2. Include recordings in call logs: Choose which audio files to include: all files, call recordings, voicemails or none.
3. Restrict access to recordings: Limit recording access to Ringover users.
4. Phone numbers: Choose the Ringover numbers whose calls are logged.
5. SMS messaging numbers: Choose the Ringover numbers whose SMS messages are logged.
6. Link users with an account: Associate Ringover users with their Zoho Recruit accounts using Manage users.
7. Assign missed IVR calls to: Choose the user assigned to missed IVR calls.
8. Log internal calls: Log calls between Ringover users.
9. Include Empower summaries and transcripts in call logs: Include Empower call summaries and transcript links in call activities.
10. Log Empower meeting summaries: Log summaries of Empower meetings in Zoho Recruit.
11. Include scenario name in call logs (for incoming IVR calls): Include the IVR scenario name in incoming call logs.
12. Logs display language: Choose the language used for activity log text.
13. Link tags to call type: Use Ringover tags to populate the Call type field in the Zoho Recruit call activity.
14. Link tags to call outcome: Associate Ringover tags with the call outcome in the Zoho Recruit call activity.

15. Log calls as: Choose Calls to log calls as call activities, Notes to log them as notes, or None to disable call logging.
16. Log WhatsApp messages: Log WhatsApp conversations as notes in Zoho Recruit.
17. Create contact for calls: Choose which calls trigger record creation for an unknown number, or disable record creation.
18. Create contact for SMS messages: Choose which SMS messages trigger record creation for an unknown number, or disable record creation.
19. Create contact for WhatsApp messages: Enable record creation for WhatsApp messages from an unknown number.
20. Sync contacts (v4): Synchronise records from Zoho Recruit to Ringover across all object types.
21. Sync contacts on a call-by-call basis: Synchronise a record when you call that person or receive their call.
22. Display contact's info during call and only store their info if call-by-call basis is activated: Display contact information during a call and store it in Ringover only when call-by-call synchronisation is enabled.
23. Mapped fields: Use Add or edit fields to choose the Zoho Recruit fields displayed in the Info section of your dialer.
