FAQ
Why does the same caller name appear in all my communication logs in BoondManager?
This occurs when individual user tokens have not been entered or are invalid. Go to your Ringover Dashboard > Store > Integrations, click Configure next to BoondManager, and select Manage users. Verify that each user has their valid individual user token assigned.
My BoondManager users do not appear in the "Manage Users" menu. What should I do?
Ensure the Super User role permissions include access to the Resources module. To check this:
- Navigate to Administration > Managers, then open the Roles tab.
- Click on the Super User role.
- Enable access to the Resources module and save.
