Boond Manager is a team and project management software aimed at facilitating planning, tracking, and collaboration within businesses.
Integrating calls into Boond Manager allows you to:
- Click to call
- Calls logged with recordings, notes, tags, and transcription
- SMS logged as actions
- WhatsApp Conversations logged as actions
- Candidates and contacts synchronization
- CRM Fields in Dialer
Now, let's move on to integrating the tool 📳
Prerequisites:
- You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to benefit from this integration 💳
- The integration must be performed by an administrative or technical account in Ringover 👨💼
- The integration must be done with the administrator account of Boond Manager
- Before activating the integration, you must enable the option "Autoriser l'appel aux API Rest via l'authentification BasicAuth" (Authorize API Rest calls via BasicAuth authentication) in your Boond Manager account
Step 1: Enable the option "Allow API Rest calls"
- Log in to your Boond Manager account
- Click on your avatar, located in the top right corner, and select 'Configuration'
- Within the configuration, select the category "Sécurité" (Security)
- Enable the option "Autoriser l'appel aux API Rest via l'authentification BasicAuth" (Authorize API Rest calls via BasicAuth authentication)
💡 You can now return to the Ringover Dashboard
Step 2: Activation
To link your Salesforce account to your Ringover account:
- Connect to Dashboard> Store> Integrations
- Click on "Activate" next to Boond Manager
- Enter your Boond Manager login
Step 3: Configure your Boond Manager Integration
Customize the behavior of the integration based on your requirements through the settings. To do this:
- Go back to Dashboard> Store> Integration and click on 'Configure' next to Boond Manager

ℹ️ Why is the same caller name appearing in all my communication logs in Boond Manager?
- This occurs because the current integration logs communications under the admin’s name. This is due to a limitation in Boond Manager’s API, which doesn’t yet allow us to attribute calls to individual users. We are actively exploring options to improve this in future updates.
