- You need to have access to the Dashboard to enable two-factor authentication.
Enable two-factor authentication via email
1. Activate two-factor authentication
Set up your account to require a unique verification code each time you attempt to log in from a new IP address.
- Go to your Dashboard Settings.
- Open the "Others" page.
- Activate the option "Enable two-factor authentication by email (only if we detect a new IP)".
2. Complete the secure login process
Once the feature is enabled, your account will actively monitor for unrecognized locations.
- Log in to Ringover from a new IP address.
- Check your email for a unique verification code.
- Enter this code along with your usual credentials to successfully access your account.
