Recruitee is a software platform that helps companies manage their recruitment process. It offers features such as candidate tracking, team collaboration, and talent management. In summary, it's an all-in-one tool to simplify recruitment.
Ringover integration in the Recruitee allows you to:
- Click to call (Extention Chrome & Firefox)
- Calls are logged as call activities (with recordings, notes, tags, AI summary, and transcript link)
- Sms are logged as notes
- Whatsapp conv are logged as notes
- Candidates synchronization
- CRM Fields in Dialer
Prerequisites:
- You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to benefit from this integration 💳
- The integration must be performed by an administrative or technical account in Ringover 👨💼
- In order for the integration to work, the Ringover account email addresses must be the same as those used for the Recruitee accounts
Step 1: Activation
- 💻 Go to Dashboard> Store> Integration
- Search for "Recruitee" and click on "Activate"
- Enter your API key and your enterprise ID:
To find your enterprise ID and create an API key, click on settings (at the top right of your Recruitee page), go to the "APP AND PLUGINS" category, and click on "Personal API tokens."
In this section, you will find:
- Your enterprise ID
- The option to create your API key through the "+New token" button
Once you have these two pieces of information, enter them in the popup on your Dashboard regarding the connection to Recruitee.
Step 2: Configure your Recruitee Integration
Customize the behavior of the integration based on your requirements through the settings. To do this, go back to Dashboard> Store> Integration and click on 'Configure' next to Recruitee.
