Your Licenses
Add a License
If you want to add licenses, click the "+" button on your active license. A popup will appear informing you:
- the price of the additional license per month with the date of the first payment,
- the total sum of your monthly licenses,
- the number of licenses you wish to take,
- the total monthly cost of additional licenses,
- the prepayable period of the new license(s).
Remove a License
To remove a license, click the red "minus" button. A confirmation message will appear to validate the removal of one license at a time.
For your next bill, the license price will be deducted.
It is only possible to remove unassigned licenses. If you want to remove a license but your button is grayed out, you will need to remove a user.
Your Useful Contacts
"Add a contact" allows us to call the relevant people directly. For example, we suggest adding reference persons for technical, accounting, operational, or other contacts.
Your Billing Address
You can add a new billing address by clicking on the "+". If you wish to change your billing address, contact our customer service.
If you want to obtain numbers from a country other than your own, you need to provide a verified address from that country.
Your Documents
By default, you will find your contractual information: your company registration certificate, your identity, your contract, IBAN, and portability mandates.
To add a document, simply click on "+ Add a document". For example, if you change your billing address, we will need your new company registration certificate.
Your Credit Card
By default, you provided a credit card or an IBAN at the start of your journey with Ringover (request received by email) following your onboarding.
To change your payment method, modify a credit card, click the "modify" button and fill in the requested information to add a new credit card.
To provide an IBAN, please contact our customer service.
Your Invoices
In this section, you will be able to see the invoices you have received: this cumulates the expenses you have made outside the package on Ringover.
By clicking on "View detailed consumption", you can select the desired dates, apply filters according to teams or users, and validate your export by clicking on HTML or PDF.
To receive your invoices in your email inbox, click on "add an email". If an email address is already provided, click on "Modify" and enter another email address.
Your Next Invoices
At the end of your Billing page, you have the details of future billings that will be debited from the credit card or your provided IBAN.
Example :
This Ringover account has,
- 10 ADVANCED licenses (each at €64),
- 3 phone numbers (each at €5),
- 1 ADVANCED license (each at €119.74) for a period of 34 days,
- 3 ADVANCED licenses (each at €64) for a period of one month (30 days),
- 2 ADVANCED licenses (each at €46.93) for a period of 23 days,
- 1 ADVANCED license (at €61.87) for a period of 29 days.
I added 7 additional licenses during the month of April; for the prepaid periods of the new licenses, my invoice will be adjusted pro-rata.
