The "Billing" section of your Ringover Dashboard allows you to manage your credits, licenses, useful contacts, billing addresses, documents, payment methods, and invoices clearly and easily. Here's how to do it:
- Go to your Dashboard> Billing
Credits
💡 You can check your credit status on the dedicated page: click here to access it directly.
Your Licenses
Add a License
- Go to Billing > Licenses
- Click the "+" button next to your active license
A pop-up window will appear with the following information:
- The monthly price of the new license
- The date of the first payment
- The number of licenses you wish to add
- The total monthly cost of additional licenses
- The period to be paid in advance
Remove a License
- Click the red "minus" button
- Confirm the removal
💡 Important note:
- You can only remove one license at a time
- Only unassigned licenses can be removed
- If the button is disabled, you must first delete the user associated with the license
Useful Contacts
The "Add a Contact" option lets you include key contacts in technical, accounting, operational, or other areas to facilitate direct communication.
Billing Address
Add a New Address
- Click on the "+ Add a New Address" button
Update Your Current Address
International Addresses
If you need to acquire numbers from another country, you must provide a verified address in that country.
Documents
In this section, you'll find:
- Your company registration certificate
- Your contract
- Your IBAN and portability mandates
Add a Document
- Click on "+ Add a Document"
- Example: If you change your billing address, you'll need to provide a new company registration certificate.
Payment Method Credit
Card
- Update or Modify Your Card

- Click "Modify"
- Enter the new details, and save the changes
- IBAN
To add or modify an IBAN, contact customer support.
Invoices
View Your Invoices
- Go to Billing> Invoices
- Click "Detailed Consumption" to:

- Select specific dates
- Apply filters by teams or users
- Export data in HTML or PDF format
Receive Invoices via Email
- Click on "Receive Your Invoices via Email"
- If an email is already registered, click "Receive Your Invoices via Email" to update it
Upcoming Ringover Invoices
At the bottom of the Billing page, you’ll find a breakdown of future charges that will be debited from your credit card or IBAN.
Example:
- 10 ADVANCED licenses at €64 each
- 3 phone numbers at €5 each
- 1 ADVANCED license at €119.74 for 34 days
- 3 ADVANCED licenses at €64 each for 30 days
- 2 ADVANCED licenses at €46.93 each for 23 days
- 1 ADVANCED license at €61.87 for 29 days
I added 7 additional licenses during the month of April; for the prepaid periods of the new licenses, my invoice will be adjusted pro-rata.
💡 Note:
- If you add additional licenses during the month, adjustments will be made proportionally on your invoice based on the prepaid period.
