Aqore's Zenople is the All-In-One Cloud-Based Solution for Staffing. With Zenople, you can streamline every aspect of your staffing process, from recruiting to employee management, sales, client management, job management, payroll, invoicing, time management, and more, all from one centralized platform.
The integration of Ringover with Zenople allows you to:
- Call your contacts with a single click by clicking on their phone number using our Click2call (Chrome and Firefox extension)
- Log calls as comments (with notes, tags, audio player for recordings, and transcription link)
- Log SMS and WhatsApp messages as conversations in comments
- Find the summary and the next steps (with Empower)
- Sync your contacts
- Visualize your ATS fields in the Ringover dialer

Prerequisites:
- You need to have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to enjoy this integration 💳
- The integration must be performed by an administrator account in Aqore's Zenople 👨💼
- You have contacted your Account Manager at Aqore in order to obtain your dedicated activation url
Step 1: Integration with Ringover
💻 Go to your Dashboard> Store> Integrations and click on “Activate” in front of Aqore
- A pop-up window will appear.
- Please make sure that you are currently logged in as an Admin in Aqore's Zenople.
- Then, you must enter the activation url provided by Aqore and click on "Activate".
Step 2: Configuration your Aqore's Zenople Integration
Customize the behavior of the integration based on your requirements through the settings. To do this:
- Go back to Dashboard> Store> Integration and click on 'Configure' next to Aqore's Zenople:

By default, the integration will be activated for all agents with identical email addresses in Ringover and Aqore's Zenople. You can add or disable specific users by clicking on "Manage users":
Activate the sync options according to your needs:
- Contact sync (v4): enables the synchronization of your complete contact list in Ringover
- Sync contacts on a call-by-call basis: enables the synchronization of each contact only when a call has been made (incremental)
- Display contact information during calls and only store it if the 'call-by-call basis' option is activated: turning this option on allows you to view contacts during calls, but no contact information will be stored in Ringover if the toggles above it are deactivated.
Done, the integration is complete! 🎉

Step 3: Integration operation
Once a call is received or made, a new Comment will appear in the contact's record:
When using SMS Messages or Whastapp, the conversations will automatically show up as comments in the contact's record. By default, they are grouped into one comment that covers all daily messages. If you want, you can go to the Integration settings and switch it to show the full conversation or turn off grouping altogether.
