Managing user groups and licenses in Empower allows you to allocate user permissions, filter call processing, and organize teams efficiently. In this guide, you’ll learn how to assign licenses, adjust user roles, configure workspace settings, and manage user groups.
Manage user groups and licenses in Empower
1. Assign and manage user licenses
Allocate Empower licenses to team members and adjust their roles or permissions.
- Go to Licenses' page.
- Search for the user using the search bar or filters.
- Click on Assign license.
- Click the Role dropdown to select the appropriate user role (Note: You can modify user roles at any time).
There are four available roles:
- Admin: Responsible for full system management and configuration, including users and permissions.
- Supervisor: Oversees and manages the performance and activities of a team.
- User: Uses the system with limited permissions based on their assigned role.
- Technical: Responsible for full technical system.
- Click on the Three dots icon (
...) next to a user to access additional options :
- Manage user.
- Copy the user’s email address.
- Copy the Empower user ID.
- Remove license.
- Delete the user.
- Click on Manage user to view their team details and license settings.
- Empower user ID.
- User's email.
- Group.
- User’s role.
- Assign or remove a license.
- Toggle the switch to enable or disable the user's Empower license.
- Click Manage licenses to view total licenses, add new ones, or remove existing ones.
You can filter the user list to quickly find specific profiles based on: User role, license type and/ or group.
