Integrating with TempWorks allows you to combine your recruiting and staffing software with your communications, logging calls, messages, and contacts into one seamless solution. In this guide, you’ll learn how to activate, configure, and troubleshoot the TempWorks integration.
Prerequisites
- You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to benefit from this integration.
- The setup must be performed by an admin account in both Ringover and TempWorks.
- You will also need to request your personal "ACR values" from your TempWorks account manager.
Integrate TempWorks with Ringover
Integrating with TempWorks allows you to benefit from:
Initiate calls directly from TempWorks using our Ringover Dialer extention to click-to-call.
Log your calls: Recordings, notes, tags, and transcriptions are logged in messages.
Log your SMS as conversations.
Log your WhatsApp conversations.
Sync your employees, customers, and contacts.
Sync ATS fields to show more candidate info the Dialer.
Sync your Ringover tags to automate message actions in TempWorks.
1. Activate the TempWorks integration
Link your TempWorks account to your Ringover account using your dedicated credentials.
Go to your Ringover Dashboard.
Click on Store and then select Integrations.
Search for and click on TempWorks.
Enter your TempWorks "ACR values" provided by your TempWorks representative.
The Tempworks Representative will provide you with the "ACR Values" as part of the Integration Setup.
If you do not have these values, please contact your Tempworks Account Manager
2. Configure your TempWorks Integration
Customize the behavior of the integration based on your requirements through the settings.
Go back to your Dashboard.
Click on Store and select Integrations.
Click on TempWorks.
Adjust the settings to fit your workflow.
Call types: Select which types of calls (incoming, outgoing, missed, voicemail, etc.) will be synchronized and included in the integration.
Include recordings in call logs: Attach call recordings to synchronized call activities whenever a recording is available.
Restrict access to recordings: Limit access to call recordings so that only users with a Ringover account can open and listen to them.
Phone numbers: Choose which Ringover phone numbers will be included in the integration and generate activity logs.
SMS messaging numbers: Select which Ringover numbers can synchronize SMS conversations with the connected platform.
Group SMS conversations by: Define how SMS messages are grouped into conversations (e.g., by contact, phone number, or thread).
Link users with an account: Match Ringover users with existing user accounts in the connected platform to ensure activities are assigned correctly.
Assign missed IVR calls to: Determine which user, team, or record receives ownership of missed calls that come through the IVR system.
Log internal calls: Record and synchronize calls made between Ringover users within the organization.
Include Empower summaries and transcripts in call logs: Add AI-generated call summaries and a link to the full transcript in the activity log comments.
Log Empower meeting summaries: Synchronize AI-generated meeting summaries from Ringover Empower into the connected platform.
Include scenario name in call logs (for incoming IVR calls): Display the IVR scenario or workflow name associated with incoming calls in the activity record.
Logs display language: Select the language used for generated activity logs, summaries, and synchronized notes.
Log calls as: Define the activity type used when creating call records (e.g., call, task, activity, or note).
Log activities on the related customers: Associate call, SMS, and messaging activities with linked customer records in the connected platform.
Log WhatsApp messages: Synchronize WhatsApp conversations as activities in the connected platform.
Create contact for calls: Automatically create a new contact when a call is made or received from an unknown phone number.
Create contact for SMS messages: Automatically create a new contact when an SMS is exchanged with an unknown phone number.
Logs for transferred calls: Define how call activities are recorded when a call is transferred between team members.
Create contact for WhatsApp messages: Automatically create a new contact when a WhatsApp conversation is initiated with an unknown number.
Create employees in this branch: Automatically create user or employee records in the selected branch when matching users do not already exist.
Record calls for a type of action: Specify which call-related actions or events should generate activity records in the connected platform.
Sync contacts on a call-by-call basis: Synchronize contact information from the CRM to Ringover only when a call occurs with that contact, rather than syncing all contacts continuously.
Display contact's info during call and only store contact info if call-by-call basis is activated: Show CRM contact details in Ringover during an active call for quick access to customer information.
Mapped fields: Select which TempWorks fields are displayed in the Info section of the Ringover dialer and synchronized between the two systems.
3. Troubleshoot common issues
Identify and resolve general synchronization issues to keep your integration running smoothly.
Syncing Tags: To ensure proper synchronization, please name your tags in Ringover exactly as they appear in TempWorks.
Missing Call Logs or Notes: If you notice that some calls or notes are not showing in TempWorks, follow these steps:
Verify that all necessary permissions are in place.
Find the specific call IDs for the affected calls.
Contact Ringover support with these call IDs to help diagnose the issue.
Work closely with the support team to test the integration and be prepared to share additional configuration details about your setup.
