This guide describes the steps for exploring your library: accessing the library, creating a new folder, using filters, and managing folder permissions for users.
Explore your library
1) Create a new folder
- From the Empower interface, go to your library.
- To start organizing your content, you can create folders within your library:
- Add a new folder.
- Give your folder a name.
2) Find and filter folders
Once you have content in your library, you can easily navigate and locate specific items:
- Use filters to quickly find your folders.
- Select the user to access their specific folders.

3) Manage permissions
You can control who is authorized to view or access your folders. The assignment and removal of access is done directly on the folder level:
- By clicking on a folder, you can manage permissions.
- Search for the user.
- Allow them to access your folder.
- To revoke access, click on the red button
