How to connect Ringover with HireLogic

The Ringover and HireLogic integration allows you to supercharge recruiter productivity with automated, AI-powered insights and customized candidate submittals pushed directly to your ATS. 

Prerequisites

Before starting the setup, ensure you meet the necessary requirements for the integration to work.

  • You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account.
  • The integration must be performed by an admin or technical account in Ringover.
  • Make sure that call recording is activated for your Ringover users.

Integrate Ringover with HireLogic

1. Generate an API Key in Ringover

To connect the platforms, you first need to create a dedicated API key from your Ringover account.

Go to your Ringover Dashboard : 

  1. Click on Create API Key
  2. Fill in the fields (user and label)
  3. Click on Create
  1. Enable all rights for the API key.

2. Activate the integration in HireLogic

Once your API key is ready, you can configure the connection from your HireLogic workspace.

  1. Click on your Workspace icon in the bottom left corner in HireLogic (must be an Admin).
  2. Click on Workspace Settings.
  3. Click on Integrations from the menu.
  4. Scroll down until you see "Ringover" and click on Connect.
  5. Paste your API key.

3. Invite HireLogic to record your calls

Users can now add their Ringover number in HireLogic so that they can benefit from AI analysis when calling a candidate.

  1. Go to your user Profile in HireLogic.
  2. Click on Add Phone Number.
  3. Add your Ringover phone number.
  4. Select Ringover as the provider.

💡 Tip: Next time you are on a call with a candidate, simply call via the Ringover number and press "Record". Alternatively, you can set your calls to auto-record directly from HireLogic.

4. Review analyzed calls in HireLogic

Once HireLogic gets the recording file from a Ringover call, it automatically imports and analyzes it to provide intelligent insights.

  1. Look for the tag "Phone: Ringover" to find them easily.
  2. Check your candidate notes, such as candidate synopsis, potential strengths, check potential concerns, and candidate attributes
  3. Review your Interview Questions & Answers
  4. Check the interview info (topics coverage against position detail, topic highlights, compliance risk, KPIs, potential follow-ups)
