Prerequisites:
- You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to benefit from this integration 💳
- The integration must be performed by an administrative or technical account in Ringover 👨💼
- The integration needs to be installed by a HelloMyBot administrator account
Step 1: Activation
- 💻 Go to Dashboard>Store>Integration,
- Search for "HelloMyBot" and click on "Activate",
- And confirm the activation of the integration.
Step 2: Use your HelloMyBot Integration
Configure your integration by integrating it into your IVR. To do this, go back to Dashboard> Store> IVRs Voice Menus, select your menu, and add a step on "Redirect to" by selecting the HelloMyBot optio:
