Prerequisites:
Minimum requirements: Android 9 and iOS 15
Make sure your usage concerns one of the following countries where Call Assist is available: Germany, France, Réunion, Mayotte, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, United Kingdom, Spain, USA/Canada, Portugal, Italy, and the Netherlands.
Call Assist
Configuration
With the "Call Assistant" option, your calls will be forwarded to your mobile number. This feature is especially useful in case of a weak Internet connection:
Low internet connection,
An unstable connection,
Ensuring the reliability of your calls.
To activate this option, follow these steps:
Open your Ringover Mobile app.
Go to your profile, located at the bottom right of your screen.
Click on "Calling mode".
Enable the "Call Assist" feature and add your mobile phone number
After validation
You will receive a call displaying the correspondent's number.
Example: If I call one of my contacts, their number will appear in the "Dynamic Island."

Once the call is accepted (press 1 to answer the incoming call), it will connect you to the correspondent.
Once activated, your calls will now be forwarded to your mobile!
Internet VoIP
Setup
With the “VoIP” option, you can make and receive your calls via the Internet. Your calls can be redirected to your mobile number. This feature is particularly useful in cases of:
Low Internet connection,
Unstable connection,
Ensuring the reliability of your calls.
To enable this option, follow the steps below:
Open your Ringover Mobile app.
Go to your profile, located at the bottom right of your screen.
Click on "Call mode".
Select the "VOIP" option.
