By integrating Ringover with Crelate, the modern recruiting and staffing software, you can enhance your communication workflows by making calls directly from Crelate, while synchronizing your phone calls, SMS messages and key recruitment data. On top of that, benefit from AI-powered summaries and transcripts of your conversations to enhance your follow-ups.
Once activated, the integration allows you to:
- Use click-to-call: initiate calls directly from Crelate
- Log your call activities: Ringover call activities are automatically logged as notes or activities with notes, tags, call recording link and transcription link.
- Log your SMS messaging activities: as notes or activities.

Synchronize your contacts with Ringover, including the following objects:
- Contacts
- Clients
- Candidates
- Employees
- Benefit from Ringover transcriptions of your calls (recording must be enabled)

Prerequisites
Before starting the integration, ensure the following requirements are met:
- Ringover Account: You must have admin access to your Ringover dashboard
- Crelate Account: Obtain an API key from the top Menu > "Manage your Profile & Preferences" > "API Access"

Step-by-Step Integration Guide
Follow these steps to connect Ringover with Crelate:
1. Log in to your Ringover Dashboard
2. Go to the Integrations Section
- Click on 'Store' in the left menu
- Select 'Integrations' from the dropdown list
3. Locate "Access" from the list of available integrations and click "Activate"
4. Enter your Crelate url and API key
6. Click "Activate"
7. Click "Configure" to configure your settings
For a quick start, make sure that you have mapped your users by clicking "+ Manage users" and activated the synchronization of your contacts.
7. Install the Ringover click-to-call extension, make a test call and verify that the activity is logged in Crelate as a note
